Your information in BRAIN
BRAIN is provided by TorinTeo. This page explains BRAIN-specific features alongside the full TorinTeo Privacy Policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact carmen@torinteo.com.
Exploring this website
The public floating map shows product explanations. It does not read your business conversations, customer records or worker activity. Sign-in is required to open a business workspace. This landing page does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
Inside your workspace
BRAIN processes the information needed for your account, business membership, conversations, files, tasks, decisions, connections and recorded results. Access depends on the business and your role. New customer conversations are private by default; sharing a conversation with the company changes who in that business can view it.
Connected tools and AI
Selected context may be processed by AI and service providers to fulfil your request. Connecting a service permits the capabilities you authorise; it does not remove BRAIN’s approval rules. Only provide information you have authority to use, and review the destination before sharing files or sending messages.
Sessions, drafts and voice
Authentication uses essential session cookies. Unsent customer drafts may remain in that browser tab for up to 24 hours and are cleared on sign-out. Your browser provides speech recognition and may process audio remotely. Voice transcripts are placed into the composer for review before sending.
Purposes, retention and your rights
TorinTeo’s full policy explains the purposes and lawful bases for processing, service providers, retention criteria, security and available data rights. Saved business records are separate from temporary browser drafts. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss retention and international processing for your organisation.
