Using BRAIN

Your account and business

TorinTeo is for adults aged 18 and over. Use only accounts, business records and connected services you are authorised to manage. Keep your credentials private and assign appropriate access to colleagues.

Plans, permissions and actions

Asking BRAIN for a plan is different from authorising an action. Business roles, available connections, authority settings and applicable approval rules govern execution. Review the requested action, destination and any cost before approving it.

Outputs and recorded results

Review AI outputs and important factual claims. A draft, a saved request or a running task is not proof that an external action succeeded. Check the recorded outcome and evidence. Compliance features organise work and records; they do not certify compliance.

Connected services and charges

Features depend on supported services and their permissions. Connections may expire or become unavailable. Where a feature is paid, review the applicable price, credits, subscription and purchase terms before proceeding.

Responsible use

Do not use BRAIN for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass security, business isolation or billing controls. TorinTeo’s published terms cover content rights, availability, restrictions and statutory rights.
